A sweet summer in Italy and the habit of people sitting on comfortable beanbags placed on the street was the inspiration for Arraia, by Arthur Casas. Influenced by Sacco, an iconic armchair of Italian design, Casas rethought its shape and came up with a design that, seen from above, resembles a fish with smooth and delicate movements. What sets Arraia apart is the possibility of sitting with the back upright and, above all, its production, which involves high technology. The lining is made with three-dimensional crochet knit with UV protection, originally developed for Nike.
